Inquiring minds might wonder how Rocketeers are selected each month. After all, CNE Elementary is teeming with amazing students so it must be difficult to choose just one per homeroom each month. Turns out the answer is different for each grade level and sometimes very specific to a classroom; however, all selections have three things in common: the three BEs. BE RESPECTFUL, BE RESPONSIBLE, BE A PROBLEM SOLVER! While some teachers have their students nominate classmates for the award, other teachers rely on their own observations or may ask their peers. Any way that it's done, being selected as a Rocketeer is an honor!
