Let’s get moving! Incorporating regular movement into your day, no matter how small, has been shown to release endorphins and help relieve stress. Additionally, participating in movement allows us to move emotion through our bodies and strengthen the connection we have with our bodies. Movement doesn’t have to just be going to the gym: there are plenty of ways that we can incorporate daily movement, such as small walks, a dance class, and more.
