Mental Wellness Tip

With the weather heating up (well, it was for a minute there!), make sure you and your family are drinking plenty of water! We probably don’t need to tell you that water has a number of health benefits, everything from plain hydration to carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells, normalizing blood pressure, protecting organs and tissues, regulating body temperature… yeah, you get gist! As the summer creeps up on us, remember the chances of dehydration and sunstroke rise – so keep up that hydration!
