On May 18, Middle School students will participate in Transition Day, a day that allows students the opportunity to see what their following school year will look like. Students receive their schedules and walk their class schedule for the 2022-2023 school year, meet their teachers, find their lockers, and overall get acclimated for the next year. Fifth grade students will also be included in this day.
CNE Middle School has been enacting Transition Day for a few years now, as it aims to help students transition easily from their current routine to the next. Transition Day also helps to alleviate any anxiety moving to the next grade while all teachers are in the building to meet students and answer any pressing questions.
