The Smile American Mobile Dentist will be at CNE schools on May 5-6! This service is available for all students K-12. Every student seen will receive a dental report card and free toothbrush to take home. Information sheets and consent forms were sent home last week for students to be able to visit the Mobile Dentist.
If you would like your student to be seen, please complete the consent form and return it with your student. Forms are also available in each building office if a new one is needed.
Parents are also able to sign-up online by visiting their website.
