INFORMATION FOR KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT
2021-2022
Online enrollment paperwork for the 2021-2022 year is now available for CNE residents. After you have completed the online enrollment forms, you will need to schedule an appointment to bring your child's official (w/raised seal) birth certificate, proof of residency (deed, lease or currently dated utility bill which shows physical address), custody papers (if applicable), photo ID of parent/guardian (driver's license or State ID card), and immunization record. Contact Joyce Keough at 513-625-1211 ext. 371 or email keough_j@cneschools.org with questions or to schedule an appointment. Enrollment is by appointment only. Please do not schedule an appointment until you have all necessary documents listed above. Children need to be 5 on or before August 1, 2021. Please note that all kindergarten students must have a current physical on file prior to the first day of school (click here for form). At this time kindergarten enrollment is for Clermont Northeastern residents only.
